THE PROJECT
GNAM is an urban hub where dining, retail, and food culture coexist. A place open to the city, to be enjoyed at different times and in different ways throughout the day: for lunch, an aperitif, dinner, or to choose a special treat to enjoy at home.
THE RAW MATERIALS
We select ingredients, products, and specialties that showcase regions, people, and supply chains that combine quality, sustainability, and innovation. From the Orobic valleys to the rest of Italy, including some excellent international producers, the common denominator is a focus on quality, seasonality, and authenticity.
